its my 40th bday so I may not be all there.... Attacks will be made, hopefully one early around the 5-6 hr mark and last one much later probably.

3 star bases are as follows
Gowiva
14 conf 6-7, no lure nessasary from bottom right and heros close by
drags
15 conf 6 just not sure if I lure or use godrag
16 conf 9 bad luck if this one doesnt go down
17 conf 9 ditto
18 conf 7 tougher lay out, godrag or lure nessasary probably

Not looking at hitting any higher than 20. Mmind has ground options, while LA will only use drags.
20) drags from Southwest. Loons in cc. Conf 7
21) drags from East. Conf 7
22) drags from West. Conf 8
23) drags/govawipe from South. Conf 7
24) govawipe from south OR drags from northeast. Conf 7
25) drags from Southwest. Conf 8
LA first attack in first 8 hrs. Mmind to follow for cleanup.

confidence 7 2 star,10 drags,1 hounds,hound in cc,take out sweeper with 2 lightening.
attack west to east...funnel to th,heal,freeze,use heroes to get 50%...
will clean eat up with 2nd attack...

15-18 all have 3 ads and i am quite confident i can 3 star any of these th9s with drag and bloon attack, with 2 lightning, earthquake, heal, and a rage
14. has 4 lvl 6 ads and looks a little tough for drags because of those sweepers but i can try to 3 it if all other lower bases are 3'd
first attack within the first 6 hrs of war and holding 2nd for cleanup
