23. xbows down and looks perfect for a bottom up start, 8/10 confidence
25. high lvl ads but x bows down and easy to get to two ads, 7/10 confidence
26. easy to lure cc and can start bottom up, 8/10 confidence

I would prefer any target from 14-21 ... I think I can 3 star all of them.

I reckon 33 and 34 I can 3 star, 33 seems to have only 3 ads and 1 blower, I can't see it boosting that much before start of war. 30 is a comfortable 2

30. 4.5 confidence I can 3 with go wipe and a jump spell to get to crossbow.
29. 4 con wanting to hog but I think a gossiped would work well too
