15 - if this stays as shown, easy 3. Army comp pending...Conf 10/10
16 - drag att. Conf 8/10
17 - drag att. Conf 7.5/10
18 - gowipe or gowiva. Conf 7/10 mainly due to inexperience, not difficulty.
19 - drag from bottom up or go wipe from 1 of the side corners. Second opinion welcomed. Conf 8/10
20 - drag att. Conf 8/10
All conf lvls are for 3 stars

19 I would drag from right to left. I would use bk on the bottom left side to draw the cc out while also narrowing the base. start with one drag on the right builder and wait for the cc to come over to drop 4 more drags spaced just slightly apart. drop loons just after the cc is killed and the ad starts to fire. Also use a rage pretty quick to knock out ad and the few air attack deffenses. End with heal heal for spell but a rage could also work near the TH and cc buildings. bottom up is sketchy cause the sweeper will have and effect plus you will have the left storages to deal with at least somewhat before the ad goes down.
20 should be a simple drag from top left side, start with bk on the top elixer pump and let him go one that side narrowing the base. Once dead or near dead. drop one drag on top and left builder and let them come inside. drop one more on spell factory and dark barrack. 6 drags on the 4 camps,use a heal as soon as the cc comes out, drop loons behind drags as soon as the drags attack the cc. drop rage as soon as the cc is killed and the loons approach the archer tower and wiz tower. Use last heal as needed

My plan of attack for 15 is to start at the camp bottom left with bk to draw attention from def, follow up with wizz when cc is drawn poision them or what ever lol, senq ay in amongst the chaos to see if i can get that ads drop on drag to clean up right side one at bh up top to taks out the top detour for my dragons to funnel through right to let , on e my drags are inside a little release the balloons and drop a rage to reach second ads n so on this is easier in my head lmao! Any pointers oh and as for my heals i think one is going to be used to take out cc troops and reach bottom ads i. Pretty sure with a straight path with 8 lvl4 drags, possibly 10 if im quickenough, and 6 max loons will eat er up
