1 We need everyone to make a post during prep day.
2 As a minimum there should be a target, expected stars and confidence lvl out of 10. Eg 12, 2s, 9. Put each new target on a new line so it is easier to read. If you want to put a more detailed plan in your target post that is great. It lets others see how you would attack that base. Also if you want feedback on your plan it is easier to read the full plan in one place.
3 Put in at least 3 targets. Don't feel limited to just 3 if you have more. Posting just 1 target is not acceptable. It might be the best target for you to get 2 stars off, but someone else might be confident of getting 3 so the best call for the clan is let the guy try for 3.
4 ideally put in a timeframe of when you will attack. This should be in relation to war, eg first 2h, not for first 6h, looking to do both attacks 12-18h in war. This stops us allocating targets to people who won't use them early
5 Don't make excuses. 3 lines of 3 targets with 3 numbers is not a big ask. 5 mins out of 24hs of prep day. Any posts in chat asking for targets will be directed to the forum
6 It is ok to express a preferred target
7 Our TH10s should list their views on all enemy TH10s

I'd make a note of when you say timeframe it would probably be easier for everyone if it is in relation to the war clock.

Once attacks start we use emoji in the list to easily see what has been done. means 3 stars means 2 stars at TH9 or 1 star at TH10. Basically pretty happy but not fully happy. means 2 stars at TH10 means 1 star at TH9 or 1 or 2 stars at TH8 means no stars
