for starters the ccs are either empty right now or full so I am thinking many will have hounds, Also the ones that are full are scattered so the ones that arent full may have different troups. 1,5,8,9,10,12,16,17,18 are all full and i am reasoning these bases to have hounds
first attack reasonably early as I get off work at 2 hrs into war
21,23,24,25 for TH 8s are full so may be prepared for a non drag cc in 19,20,22.
1, 2 star con 7-8, easy to drag with TH so close and ads in the back are out of range, if he has a hound as I predict it wont come out either, heros either up top or far right but should not need em till drags are dead or at least the TH is gone, Anticipating a large group of air mines in the first section by the wiz tower
2, itll change
All th9s 2 starred
3, con 7, good quake spot below the th, go left to right
4 not sure yet, prob go from the side with the TH to guarantee a 2 star and hope for the best
5, con 6-7, right to left, quake the corner by the aq

All attacks with dragons, either loons or wiz as back up will depend on the base:
11. 8/10 confidence
12. 7/10 confidence
13. 7/10 confidence
will try to get first attack in within 6hrs

1 1 star 4 conf with Gowipe from West. Little or no chance of 2
2 2 star 2 conf. Risky as fuck mass valk attack from bottom up with quakes to bust the base open
3 dunno
4 risky as fuck 3 star attempt. Gowivalo from N to kill AQ, get into centre, kill the AD and then mop up.
