1 I can only work off the information supplied so the list is based on forum posts in place by the time I start the list, generally 45-60 mins before war starts.
2 I read all the posts. Sounds obvious but I read all the posts rather than just allocate from first post to last. The good posters like jung, mike, bloody, Sknab, PJM are really easy to see what's going on. If Ace used spaces between lines his would be perfect. Some others have good info but just require closer reading to figure out the options. Also identify who isn't attacking until late so they are left out of initial list but have an idea of what they can do if needed.
3 Allocate the TH10s first. Ep, Patrick and Bri usually have an assessment of all their TH10 bases so it's pretty straightforward to work out the best attacks for maximum stars, if eprah isn't being over optimistic
4 Allocate the TH9s that people think they can 3 star. Compare confidence levels and other options the person has listed if there are multiple calls for a 3 on a base. Also take into account any preferences expressed. Generally try to have a crack at all bases identified as a possible 3.
5 Once the TH9s for 3s have been sorted then look at TH9s unallocated and who has a post without a target yet.
6 Finally I look at the TH8s. Same process as step 4.
