First of all let me caveat that with I don't think we have been at our best with the constant warring and certainly I have been bad this week and we certainly have had some cheats against us but from what I've seen we also have room for improvement.
1. Defensively. If we concede less stars we need to get less.
I don't think the TH8s can do much more here, though they should still review bases.
Our TH9s have to prioritise not giving up 3. Our recent wars are being decided by who has more TH9 3 starred.
TH10s are ok giving up 1 but need to stop conceding 2.
2 Forum posts are overly ambitious.
I'm allocating targets in a list and in the last few wars there has been failure after failure. We need people to be realistic. You are only hurting the clan if you are too ambitious and eventually my patience will run out.
3 Attack styles need looked at.
We need to become more flexible and attack targets better.
Prime example is TH8s all using drag attacks and failing. We need other options and we need to better analyse bases for weakness.
It's not just TH8s tho, we need to learn golaloon, go hog, hogowiwi and all these combinations we don't use.
4 Rocking up with a fully trained army and spells and fitting an attack to a target will rarely get 3s. If we don't get 3s then it's often a wasted attack. Ideally sort a target a couple of hours in advance and train the right army for the right target.
5 The lower you are in strength the earlier you need to attack.
That lets us assign targets rather than hang on forever wondering.
6 Swapping war base just before war start to throw the enemy.
This needs 2 robust bases to switch between though so if you aren't on in time at least you aren't weaker
7 Our Clan Castle filling needs to be far far quicker.
Anyone watching can count our troops and know that we are waiting for witches almost every war.
8 We could do more to figure out what the enemy have in CC.
Check regular bases of top guys to see what is trained, watch their cc and what numbers are going in and record it
This is laborious but could help
9 We could draw up an attack plan for every base
This could be with the input of a variety of people and documented on the forum.
10 We could bring start time earlier and wait in case they change bases last minute and do the list after the start.
