I've got about a week of practice with lavloon, but I'm still working out some kinks. Because of this my expectations may be a little off. Feel free recommending targets or bumping me down lower.
4, 3 star, 6 conf
5, 3 star, 4 conf
6, 3 star, 5 conf
7, 3 star 4 conf
8, 3star, 7 conf
9, 3 star, 8 conf
10, 3 star, 8 conf
My first attack will be about 5 hours after the start of the war and the second will be about 14 hours after the start.

I think I could 2 star number 9 if I gowipe from the bottom left to get the th and the destroy all building over there and save either 1 pekka and a bunch of wiz or bk and wiz for the renaming percent needed to get to 50 confidence about a 6-7 (high given the circumstance)
Same with 11 but from top down this time about a conf 6
12 also looks quiet 2 able conf
18 3 expected confidence about an 7-8
19 is the same as 18
20 is weird and looks easy but those are often the ones that screw me over so I'll say either an easy 3 or 2 confidence is undetermined ... Maybe I'll attempt a clean up on it
22 confidence is a 7-8 for 3
23 is the only non gowipe I would say ... Drag prob best for this one ...
Confidence is Shakey just because I don't like drag too much .. And 25 I could raid with my shlong and get 3 please don't give me 25 ....
I hope this post is sufficient it was done more thoroughly than I wipe my own ass with ... All non specified attack style will be gowipe and i will have my attacks In both hopefully before 12 hours into the war

Hmmm. Don't have bk but might gem him as im going to need him......
1 and 2 are really tough for the 50 percent as they're compact. 2 is worse. Will do it if I have to. But cong only 5
3 is an easy 1 star. Conf 9
4 is a potential 3 with go laloon if I don't sod it up. Will get 3 or zero. Conf only 4
Otherwise can 2 star all th9s. Will go for three of nec but then risk getting sod all
Will hit tomorrow.

13 and 16 ? on conf of a 2 or a 3 but both are possible. Still debating on a plan for both.
attacking with drags and loon combo and will hit approx 8 hrs into war.
with large number of th8 I would be ok with hitting a 8 also for clean up

Since we have more th8 I don't mind being in a clean up mode for attacks either
If needed tonight will hit in the first 4 hours. With 2nd attack tomorrow after 6 hours left for clean up.
If both attacks tomorrow will look to get both in after 6 hour mark or when needed

My plan is the same,attack early w 1st and await instruction to best use 2nd. Lalloon is my strongest attack and 15 16 are my favorite targets.i have about 8 of 10 for 3 stars in confidence.i also can hit any th8 w high confidence.

6. 3 stars, 3 confidence. Golaloon NE. It's a popular base so we should know how to beat it by now!
7. 2 stars, 8 confidence. Again walls make 3 unlikely. Layout make Golaloon tough but if pushed its possible
8. 3 stars, 4 confidence. Golaloon SW. Again a popular base. It's still tough though.
9. 2 stars, 9 confidence. Again walls make 3 unlikely. Central AQ and CC make Golaloon impossible.

9 drags,2 hound,7 loons in cc,2 freeze,1 heal,2 rage...
no1 i don't really like it...
no2 confidence 6,2 stars,start east to west,send 2 hounds on east ad, funnel drags to th,rage to centre,can i freeze inferno and the 2 xbows,clean up with heroes...
